1. Eligibility:
This competition is specifically designed for climbers who are newer to the sport or have not competed in major competitions. You qualify if you have not competed before or you are eligible for the novice category in bouldering (locally & internationally) . You do not qualify if you are an intermediate or open climber.DM to enquire if you are eligible to compete with us!

2. Format:
It will be a session format of 2 hours.
There will be a 10 minute buffer for registration, after which climbers will be given 1 hour 45 minutes to climb the routes with as many attempts as they like. Participants can submit their scorecards at any time, but latest submission will be 5 minutes after their climb ends.
Climba Arcade: Game On! will be a casual climbing competition held on 2nd and 3rd November. To participate, just purchase a "Game On! token" which will include a 2-hour gym entry and rental shoes. To ensure that Game On is fun and accessible to climbers of all skill levels, we have tailored the event to encourage newer climbers to participate. Here are the key competition guidelines:
Tops will be self-judged.
There will be a 4-point start rule - each route has 4 tapes, each tape indicating a limb to start at that hold for a legal start.
Participants can submit their scorecards at any time. In the event of a tiebreaker, time of submission will be used.
3. Categories:
We will be grading all climbers based on your top 6 boulders achieved, split by gender first, and thereafter into three categories [(KOHAI (Junior), SENPAI (Senior), SENSEI (Master)].
This way, even if you’re still improving or relatively new, you’ll be placed with climbers of a similar skill level.
4. Winning Criteria:
Once the climbers have been placed into their respective categories, we will crown the top 3 from each category based on the top 6 highest boulder problems that they have completed, ensuring that climbers of all levels have a chance to win!
In the event of a tie breaker, the climber that submits his/her score earlier will be deemed the winner for the category.
5. Registration
Each Game on! token are at $65 per pax which includes an anniversary T-shirt and a goodie bag with gifts worth well over $70!

6. Booking After you purchase your token, you can head over to our
"Book now!" page and navigate over to 2nd or 3rd November to choose a slot! Once you selected a slot, you will be prompted to indicate your shirt size!
7. Prizes
There is a total of $2000 SGD worth of cash, special Merch, and gym credits that the podium winners will get to take home! Not forgetting goodies from our sponsors!

The Climba Arcade Fun Climb is open to everyone, regardless of skill level or experience. Come and enjoy the excitement of climbing comp style routes in an arcade-themed atmosphere, racking up points to redeem for amazing prizes!
1. Eligibility
NO RESTRICTIONS!
Anyone can join the carnival fun climb, whether you're a seasoned climber or brand new to the sport.
2. How to join
1) Purchase a scorecard for $15. (do note that this is NOT inclusive of a gym entry)
2) Earn points by climbing as many routes & completing the fun additional tasks in store for you! The route number corresponds to the points of the route. Do as many routes as you can to rack up more points!
3) Redeem prizes from the redemption list OR take a gamble and spin the Gacha!
3. Prize Redemption
Points for prize redemption can only be redeemed ONCE! Once you have submitted your scorecard, any additional points earned after any prize redemption will not be valid. Each TOP of a route will only be counted once into your scoring. The last day of prize redemption will be on the 16th November!
Are cancellations allowed? [game on!]
- Cancellations are NOT allowed and the token is non-refundable. If you need to substitute a friend due to unforeseen circumstances, please drop us a DM.
I have participated in Novice category for local competitions before. Can i still join? [game on!]
- If you have made the top 8 of a Novice Competition or are classified as an Inter Climber, you will not be able to participate in Game On! But fret not, you are more than welcome to join the Fun Climb!
What do I do after purchasing a Game On! token? [game on!]
- After purchasing the token, you will receive a welcome email. Thereafter, you can head to Climba.sg/book-now and book your desired timeslot. When making a booking, you will be prompted to indicate your desired shirt size!
Will rental shoes and chalk be provided? [game on!]
- Yes, rental shoes are included and there will be free SPACEROCK CHALK for use during the entire competition!
Can I spectate my friends climbing? [game on!]
- Why are you not joining the competition as well? Currently, we do not allow it. As our gym is limited in size, for the safety of the participants, we do not allow it.
if I join game on! can i still join fun climb? [fun climb]
- Yes, definitely! Just by purchasing the scorecard at $15 you can be eligible for Fun Climb! However, points accumulated in Game On! will not be transferrable to Fun Climb.
how do i redeem my fun climb points? [fun climb]
- You can redeem your points over the counter. You can accumulate across 4-16 November, and can only redeem your points ONCE, and each route/task can only add to your total points ONCE.
how many points are the routes worth? [fun climb]
- The points allocated to each route corresponds to its route number, i,e. Route 35 = 35 points. The tasks will have their points allocated on the scorecard.
